Community Action Program Committee, Inc. (CAPC) invites qualified agencies to submit proposals for Creative Media Services. We are seeking a strategic, creative partner to help elevate our brand through engaging visual content, dynamic web support, compelling graphic design, and communications that truly connect with the communities we serve.

CAPC is looking for innovative, community-minded professionals who are passionate about storytelling and committed to impactful design and messaging.
