Request for Proposals (RFP): Strategic Planning Services

Community Action Program Committee, Inc. (CAPC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to facilitate a comprehensive strategic planning process that will guide our organization’s priorities and direction over the next several years.
As a leading nonprofit dedicated to eliminating poverty and promoting self-sufficiency in Escambia County, Florida, CAPC is committed to thoughtful, data-driven planning that reflects the needs of the communities we serve.
Scope of Work:
The selected vendor will work closely with CAPC leadership, staff, board members, and stakeholders to:
- Conduct a thorough organizational assessment
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions
- Analyze data and community needs
- Develop clear strategic goals and measurable outcomes
- Produce a final written strategic plan and implementation framework
Eligibility:
We invite submissions from individuals, firms, or organizations with experience in:
- Nonprofit or public sector strategic planning
- Community Action Agency operations and the Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) framework
- Facilitation of inclusive stakeholder input processes
