Summary: Reporting to the Transportation Manager the Program Support Worker is responsible for assisting in the Head Start / Early Head Start Center as assigned by their supervisor. The Program Support Worker may assist in numerous areas as needed to maintain center efficiency and effectiveness. The Program Support Worker may be assigned, but not limited to, transporting children to dental and speech appointments, field trips, assisting in the classrooms, assisting with supply pick up, stocking distribution, assisting with meal distribution, center greeter, and center cleanliness. The Program Support worker is also responsible for ensuring bus and child safety.
