COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM COMMITTEE, INC.  is seeking qualified disaster recovery firms to assist with Grant Administration and Project Management Services for damages sustained by Head Start and Early Head Start Facilities during Hurricane Sally.

Submittals will include a Cover Letter, your firm’s qualifications pertaining to current and prior experience with Grant Administration and Project Management services, and must include rate schedule for each service area. (Please limit response to no more than 10 pages).

Submittals must demonstrate experience with managing federal programs and project operations within the last 5 years and demonstrate qualified personnel available to work on these projects.

Qualified firms must also have direct experience with building construction considerations, Project Management and Oversight Controls, current and future floodplain specifications, and managing Federal Program funding.

Submittals will include at least one (1) reference from work performed in the State of Florida within the last three years in disaster recovery and hazard mitigation. Preference will be given to those firms who have recent experience with Head Start Programs. Reference must include the following information:

  • Agency
  • Agency Point of Contact (POC)
  • Contact Number
  • Email

Community Action Program Committee, Inc. will select the qualified firm(s) that is/are best suited to support and represent Community Action Program Committee, inc., and will negotiate total fees and tasks prior to award.
