Mission Statement: Chief Financial Officer serves as the principal advisor to the Executive Director on all matters related to financial management, financial control, and accounting. The CFO establishes accounting and financial
goals and objectives to support the organization's goals and objectives as well as establishing accounting financial policies and procedures. The CFO administers and coordinates the production of all financial reports and statements, fiscal management of federal grant funds, and accounting activities
relative to operation, capital and budget funds through the use of Grants Management (GMS) software. The CFO analyzes findings, interprets conclusions and recommendations for formal presentation to audit; develops follow up responses to audit reports to
resolve outstanding issues. The CFO ensures financial function is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and supervises other accounting staff and oversees the preparation of payroll, accounts payable, tax payments, quarterly reporting, etc. The mission of the Finance Office is to provide a strong, sound, and stable fiscal backbone of the agency in order for each program to be able to reach their goals and missions without concern.

Mission Statement: The mission of the Supportive Services/EEO Department is to ensure that the agency employees are not discriminated against and complaints are handled in a manner as outlined in the Personnel Policies and Procedures. This department will also ensure that employees receive the job benefits they are entitled to.

Mission Statement: The mission of the Community Service Programs for the agency is to ensure that agency clients receive the services they are entitled to and if assistance is not available within the agency to assist them in getting services from another agency. This department will ensure that client complaints are resolved in a timely manner. Agency clients will be encouraged to get involved in their
community in order to increase their involvement in the decision-making process that affects their life, community and hope for their future.
