Welcome to Escambia County Florida's Community Action Program Committee, Inc. (CAPC) Website. The purpose of this website is to keep our customers, partners  and potential donors informed about our mission, programs, services, and successes.

We are proud of the services we provide to the northwest area of Florida.  A perusal of our program activities will reveal that Community Action Program Committee, Inc. is a vital service meeting many of the community needs.  We assist citizens seeking opportunities to advantage their social, economical, and physical health.  We are introducing new programs for children/youth and the mature population.  We are training in basic computer processes, "green works", and English as a second language; while we already are placing our customers in jobs and businesses.  From Escambia County to Okaloosa County we are sealing the envelops of homes for energy conversation.  The new Head Start Program of "I am moving, I am learning" has all of us exercising and eating healthy.

We are part of the change around us and we believe the results will be good for all of us.  We are an "Organization of HOPE-helping people, changing lives".
